What we collect and why
When you write through the contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and, where relevant, to follow up about club membership or a project. The legal basis is your consent.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Messages reach the club board and are stored on our hosting provider [hosting provider], and delivered through our email provider [email provider]. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@rotarypalmainternational.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site sets one cookie to remember your language choice. It stores nothing that identifies you.
